This 11 week plan is designed to focus your training whilst racing the AusCycling SA Superseries. The eight rounds are spread over 11 weeks and the plan will help with the demands of each race no matter what role you play in your team.
You don’t need to have completed the build plan prior to this program but of course it’s advantageous to do both.

The plan focuses on the physical demands of the various rounds of racing mainly criterium racing but also the longer road race and kermesse rounds. It also includes warm-ups as part of the race plan.
